If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, smooth, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging, including all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

All eligible returns requested within the 30-day return window qualify for free return shipping, regardless of the reason for return.
Returns requested after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-person or on-site returns for online purchases.

Return Shipping Label

For eligible returns that meet our return criteria, return instructions will be provided by our support team.

All approved returns within 30 days are free of charge. We provide a prepaid return shipping label, and no return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

To return an item:

  1. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging.

  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

  3. Ship the package using the approved shipping method.

If you need assistance or have misplaced your return instructions, please contact our customer support team.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and the packaging

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos along with your order number and details to: info@weatheredwheel.com

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without supporting photos may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
