At THE WEATHERED WHEEL, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your furniture order. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our cancellation policy below.
Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email at Support@weatheredwheel.com.
After this time frame, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is successfully processed within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued.
Once approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Orders Not Yet Received
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still be eligible for cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.
However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
