Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Our shipping process is designed to be fast, secure, and hassle-free—because your home deserves quality furniture without unnecessary delays.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Saturday to Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier-related delays beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, high shipping volume, or logistical disruptions).
Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all furniture orders. No additional charges are applied at checkout for standard delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your furniture arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Send the photos along with your order details to: Support@weatheredwheel.com
Without photographic proof, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
